Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Raipur, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Sales

Manager will oversee sales operations for cables and wires products, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying recent business opportunities in B to B segment. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, quality standards, and profitable growth.

The Sales

Manager will also lead and mentor the sales team, set performance targets,



and support training and development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in B2B or industrial product sales (Cables and wires industries preferred).
- Proficiency in relationship management, negotiation, and contract management to build long-term, profitable customer partnerships.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and presentations.
- Experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching to guide a sales team toward achieving targets.
- Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and basic financial concepts relevant to sales and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other digital platforms to manage sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the cables and wires industry is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement in Raipur.
