Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, driving client acquisition and brand visibility for CelestiaEvents. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting event solutions, managing sales pipelines, and following up to close deals. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining a strong social and digital presence for the brand.





The specialist will collaborate with the operations and events teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback will be required to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and professional written correspondence.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client relationship-building and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure.
- Exposure to Training and Sales Management, such as guiding junior team members or managing small sales teams.
- Relevant experience in events, hospitality, or service-focused industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales and marketing targets.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and platforms used for marketing, CRM, and sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
