Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will generate leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and promote Secura CyberTech’s cybersecurity and GRC solutions to prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals,



and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives, and participating in events or workshops to increase brand visibility. The specialist will also provide ongoing customer support, coordinate training and awareness sessions, and track sales performance and market feedback to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to build pipelines, close deals, and manage targets in a structured manner.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support client and internal awareness sessions on cybersecurity and related solutions.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with cybersecurity or IT services, GRC concepts, and technology-driven solution selling.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, with prior experience in B2B sales or marketing preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing practices, along with a proactive and analytical mindset.
