Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility for Cyrostack’s technology solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, and presenting Cyrostack’s services to prospective clients such as startups, institutions, and growing businesses. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing clear guidance on how Cyrostack’s systems can solve operational challenges.





The representative will support marketing campaigns by coordinating outreach, assisting with promotional materials, and participating in events or demos. Regular collaboration with the internal product and delivery teams is expected to ensure accurate communication of client needs and smooth handover of closed deals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and the ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, basic marketing outreach, and closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including relationship management, handling client queries, and ensuring a positive post-sale experience.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to guide clients or partners on using Cyrostack’s solutions and support basic product demos.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with IT or SaaS products, comfort working with startups and educational institutions, and basic understanding of business workflows and automation.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing (preferably in technology or services), proficiency in English and local languages, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are advantageous.
