Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through direct sales activities (leads, referrals, walk-ins, tele-calling, digital leads).

- Meet prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure renewals and cross-selling.

- Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per compliance and company guidelines.

- Follow up on issued policies for customer satisfaction and service requirements.

- Maintain MIS, sales reports, and daily activity trackers.

- Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional activities.

- Adhere to IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

- 1–5 years of experience in Direct Sales / Life Insurance / BFSI (freshers can be considered).

- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
