Hiring: Retail Store Manager – Kochi

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to manage our store operations, lead the retail team, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Monitor key retail KPIs and store performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily store closing procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail/store management.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Solid communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of POS and MS Office.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
