Role Description The Retail Fundraising Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, supporting social enterprises and non-profits in building and growing retail-focused fundraising programs. This role involves identifying and engaging potential individual donors and retail partners, coordinating in-store and community fundraising campaigns, and managing donor communication across online and offline channels. The Executive will plan and execute outreach activities, maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions, and support the creation of marketing materials that drive small-ticket and recurring donations.

They will collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with broader growth and marketing strategies,



prepare regular performance reports, and ensure that all fundraising activities follow ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in donor outreach, relationship-building, and stakeholder management within retail and community environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in campaign planning and execution, including organizing in-store events, community drives, and small-ticket fundraising initiatives.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing and communication skills, including comfort with social media, email outreach, and collateral coordination for fundraising campaigns.
- Candidates should possess data and reporting skills, including maintaining donor databases, tracking campaign performance, and preparing clear, concise reports.
- Relevant experience in fundraising, sales, retail operations, or customer-facing roles, preferably within NGOs, social enterprises, or impact-driven organizations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages within the Greater Bengaluru Area is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel across retail locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, social work, communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
