The Area Retail Manager will oversee 12–15 stores within the assigned territory, with responsibility for driving year-on-year growth, ensuring store profitability, delivering team training, managing recruitment for store teams,

and closely monitoring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage 12–15 stores within the assigned territory.
- Drive year-on-year sales growth and ensure overall store profitability.
- Provide ongoing training and development to store teams.
- Manage recruitment for store-level team positions.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to SOPs across all stores.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory, approximately 12–15 days per month.
- Train and motivate teams to achieve business targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 7–10 COCO (Company Owned

Company Operated) stores.
- Robust analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (12–15 days per month).

- 5. Graduate degree or MBA required.
