? Location: Baner, Pune
? Job Type: Full-time | On-site
? CTC: ₹5–6 LPA
?? Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Restaurant Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic Restaurant Manager who genuinely enjoys hospitality — someone who loves serving people, building a great team, and making sure every guest leaves happier than they arrived
This is not a desk-only management role
We want someone who is comfortable being on the floor, leading from the front, solving problems quickly and setting the standard for the team through their own actions
What You’ll Own
Lead the restaurant’s day-to-day operations
Deliver an excellent guest experience consistently
Lead, motivate, train and develop the restaurant team
Maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness and hygiene
Manage peak-hour operations and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
Monitor sales, costs, wastage and operational KPIs
Manage staff scheduling, attendance and productivity
Ensure opening, closing and operational SOPs are followed
Maintain inventory controls and coordinate stock requirements
Prepare and analyse operational reports using Excel
Drive initiatives to improve sales, average bill value and repeat customers
Take complete ownership of the outlet’s performance
Who We’re Looking For
You should have
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
Strong experience in a casual dining restaurant
Excellent guest service and people-management skills
Strong leadership and team-building ability
Good working knowledge of Excel and computers
Ability to understand restaurant numbers and operational reports
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High energy and the ability to perform well during busy service periods A hands-on approach — willing to step in wherever the team needs support
Experience with a South Indian restaurant or cuisine is an added advantage The Person We Want
We’re particularly interested in someone who:
Leads by example
If the restaurant is busy, you’re on the floor.
If a guest has a problem, you take ownership.
If the team needs help, you step in.
If something can be done better, you find a way to improve it
We want someone who sees restaurant management as more than running shifts — someone who wants to build a solid restaurant, develop people and grow with the brand.
If hospitality genuinely makes you happy and you want to take ownership of a restaurant rather than simply manage one, we’d like to hear from you.
