Role Description The Research Expert role at Zucol is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves designing and executing market and product research studies, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and generating insights that support strategic decisions across Zucol’s portfolio of brands.

The Research

Expert will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and leadership, to translate research findings into actionable recommendations. Daily responsibilities include preparing research reports and presentations, monitoring industry trends, validating hypotheses for new initiatives,



and supporting ongoing research and development efforts. The role also requires maintaining high standards of data integrity, staying current with research methodologies, and contributing to continuous improvement of research processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Research skills, with experience in designing studies, selecting appropriate methods, and interpreting results.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, critical thinking, and the ability to draw clear insights from complex information.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly in written reports and verbal presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) capabilities, including ideation, hypothesis testing, and supporting innovation initiatives.
- Experience with data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, statistical software, or BI tools) and familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or Social Sciences is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued.
