Role: Research Associate – Polymer Chemistry

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Research Associate – Polymer Chemistry to join our growing research team in Hyderabad.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for fresh graduates and early-career candidates who have a solid interest in polymer chemistry, materials chemistry, organic chemistry, or related areas and are eager to build a career in scientific research and product development.

The ideal candidate should genuinely enjoy chemistry, be willing to learn, and be comfortable working hands-on in a research environment.

What You'll Do

- Contribute to ongoing scientific and product development activities
- Support experimental work, analysis, and documentation
- Participate in data collection, interpretation, and reporting
- Work closely with team members to solve scientific challenges
- Follow established quality, safety, and operational procedures
- Assist in developing solutions that support industry needs

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Chemistry, or a related field
- Strong understanding of basic chemistry concepts, particularly organic chemistry
- Basic knowledge of analytical techniques and scientific methodologies
- Good documentation and communication skills
- A practical,



hands-on approach to scientific problem-solving
- Ability and willingness to learn new techniques and methodologies

Freshers Are Welcome

Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Prior industrial experience is not mandatory. We are more interested in candidates who have strong fundamentals, genuine interest in chemistry, curiosity to learn, and the motivation to contribute to research and product development.

Academic projects, internships, laboratory experience, or coursework related to polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, materials, synthesis, formulation, or characterization will be an advantage.
