Role Description This is a full-time, in office Research Analyst / LC-MS/MS Operator (Bioanalytical) role based in Hyderabad. The role involves performing bioanalytical assays using LC-MS/MS instruments, including sample preparation, method execution, and routine instrument operation. The position requires monitoring system performance, conducting basic troubleshooting, and ensuring proper calibration and maintenance of LC-MS/MS systems.

The Research

Analyst will document experimental procedures and results in compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards, contribute to method development and validation, and support study sample analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to laboratory safety protocols, and participation in audits and quality reviews are part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong bioanalytical skills, including experience with LC-MS/MS operation, sample preparation techniques, and quantitative analysis of biological matrices.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytical method development and validation, including calibration curve preparation, accuracy and precision assessment, and stability studies.
- Candidates should possess competencies in laboratory documentation and data handling, including maintaining raw data, preparing reports, and following GLP/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, including routine performance checks, preventive maintenance, and coordination with service engineers.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety practices.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in a bioanalytical laboratory, CRO environment, or regulated biopharma setting will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
