Role Description The Radio Frequency Engineer will work full-time on-site at the Noida headquarters, supporting RF and microwave solutions for customers across multiple industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, reviewing, and optimizing RF circuits and systems, evaluating components and subsystems, and assisting with technical selection and integration for customer projects. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical documentation, performing simulations and basic testing, and collaborating with sales and application teams to address customer requirements and resolve technical issues.

The engineer will engage with global suppliers on technical queries, stay current with emerging RF technologies,



and contribute to pre-sales and post-sales support activities. This position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure high-quality, reliable RF solutions are deployed effectively.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in RF and microwave engineering, including RF circuit design, transmission lines, filters, amplifiers, and matching networks.
- Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST, or similar) and use of test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Knowledge of communication systems and standards relevant to Defense, Space, Satellite, and Telecom applications, with an understanding of system-level integration and performance trade-offs.
- Experience preparing technical documentation, application notes, and design reports, with explicit, concise communication of complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and customers, providing technical support, resolving issues, and participating in technical presentations or demos.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Comfortable working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Noida and interacting with international suppliers and partners.
- Prior experience in RF component distribution, system integration, or related industry roles is an advantage
