About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Quadient Inspire Developer with 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in Quadient Inspire, preferably with experience in the Insurance or Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Quadient Designer, Interactive, and Scaler, with solid capabilities in customer communication, document composition, workflow development, data integration, troubleshooting, and configuration-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design customer communications and document processing workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scaler.
- Develop and configure Quadient Inspire applications, templates, and document production workflows.
- Create and maintain scripts and code to automate document processing and data extraction.
- Apply configuration-driven design methodologies to develop scalable communication solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and validation of Quadient Inspire solutions to ensure high-quality output.
- Troubleshoot issues related to document composition, formatting, data integration, and output generation.
- Integrate Quadient Inspire with CRM, ERP, content management systems, and other enterprise platforms.




- Analyze requirements and translate business needs into effective customer communication solutions.
- Optimize existing Quadient Inspire applications and templates for performance and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users on Quadient Inspire functionality and best practices.
- Support production issues and perform root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver communication solutions.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

- 3 - 8 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.
- Strong experience with Quadient Designer, Interactive, and Scaler.
- Knowledge of Quadient Dynamic Communications is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of document composition and customer communication management.
- Experience with data integration, document processing, scripting, and automation.
- Experience in Insurance or Banking domain is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and production-support skills.

- Location: PAN India; Bangalore-specific opening also available.
- Level: Associate / Senior Associate / Manager.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days; preference for Immediate to 30 days.
