Role Description The QAQC Trainer is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing and delivering online training programs focused on Quality Assurance and Quality Control for civil engineering applications. Day-to-day tasks include developing structured course content, creating training materials and assessments, and conducting live or recorded sessions that cover QAQC concepts, standards, and best practices. The role involves reviewing learners’ work, providing constructive feedback, and continuously updating training modules to reflect current industry practices and regulatory requirements.





The QAQC Trainer will collaborate with the curriculum team to align course outcomes with Protrainy’s “Industry Ready” framework and may support learners through doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of QAQC principles, standards, and procedures in civil engineering projects, including material testing, site quality checks, and documentation practices.
- Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in an online learning environment.
- Proficiency with common civil engineering and construction software tools (e.g., ETABS, Primavera, Structural Design software, Autodesk Revit) is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid presentation and interpersonal abilities for engaging diverse learners.
- Comfort with digital tools and E-learning platforms, including creating slides, video content, assessments, and managing virtual classrooms.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; relevant industry certifications in QA/QC or construction management are a plus.
- Practical experience in site execution, project management, or quality control in the construction or infrastructure sector is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt training content based on learner feedback and performance.
