Experience: 10+ years in BIM, with at least 4 years focused on quality assurance for large modeling programs

What you'll do

- Own the project Quality Plan — define QC checklists, tolerances and review cadence for LOD 300–400 deliverables.
- Lead the QC Lead and QC Checker team across all disciplines; run rolling QC (not just end-of-project checks).
- Own model federation and clash detection sign-off before client issue.
- Audit AIM/asset data for completeness and consistency against the agreed schema.
- Report quality KPIs (rework rate, clash counts, deviation from point cloud) to the Project Manager weekly.

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field.
- Deep hands-on experience auditing Revit models against point cloud data and LOD standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 quality/validation requirements and Navisworks clash workflows.
- Detail-oriented with solid documentation habits.

Software: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Auto CAD Software, Recap Pro, Solibri (a plus)
