Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Public Speaking and Communication Teachers across all regions. In this position, educators will design and deliver engaging lessons that strengthen learners’ public speaking, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills. Daily responsibilities include planning curricula, preparing instructional materials, conducting live online classes, and providing constructive feedback on students’ performance and progress.

The role also involves assessing learning outcomes, adapting teaching strategies to diverse learner needs, and collaborating with the academic team to refine content and methodologies.



Teachers are expected to maintain a professional online classroom environment and use digital tools to track attendance, engagement, and skill development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including public speaking, active listening, and clear articulation.
- Candidates should possess Education and Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner-centered instruction.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Research skills for creating high-quality learning materials and evidence-based teaching content.
- Relevant experience in teaching communication, soft skills, or related subjects in online or offline settings.
- Ability to engage diverse learners, provide constructive feedback, and support skill-building in a remote environment.
- Comfort with digital learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic educational technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, English, or a related field; advanced certifications in public speaking or pedagogy are an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and continuous professional development.
