We’re Hiring | Office Property Sourcing

Location: Pune / MMR / Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Experience: 5–6 Years

Department: Commercial Real Estate

Reporting To: City Leasing Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Source office spaces available for lease across key commercial locations.
- Build relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, and brokers.
- Identify exclusive mandates and off-market properties.
- Conduct market visits and track new vacancies/upcoming properties.
- Collect and maintain property details, rentals, CAM, areas, and availability.
- Maintain updated property inventory and CRM.
- Coordinate property visits with the leasing team and support closures.
- Submit regular sourcing and market reports.

Candidate Profile:

- 5–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, property sourcing, office leasing, or brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
- Valuable landlord/broker network preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Graduate; MBA in Marketing/Real Estate preferred.
