We are hiring a dynamic Project & Operations Manager to direct our center's ground-up setup and subsequently oversee its daily operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic blend of project management discipline and operational expertise. You must demonstrate a strong capability to leverage your professional experience alongside modern AI-driven tools to optimize workflows, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure the center meets its KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Center Launch & Project Management

- Platform Mastery: Rapidly and thoroughly master the AX core platform, becoming the center’s subject matter expert on its functionality and operational application.
- Launch Planning & Task Identification: Combining prior experience with the strategic use of AI tools, proactively identify and document all critical tasks required for a seamless and timely center launch.
- Solution Execution: Utilizing AI resources and skilled judgment to determine efficient solutions for open tasks, executing them meticulously within established timelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Anticipate operational "hiccups" during the setup phase and implement preventative measures.

Phase 2: Operational Management

- SOP Development: Develop and document comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all daily center operations, integrating best practices derived from experience and AI-driven process optimization.
- KPI Management:



Take ownership of meeting and exceeding standard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Analyze performance data using AI tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Operational Communication: Maintain fluent, daily communication regarding center operations. This includes reporting on task completion, raising critical issues, presenting data-driven improvement ideas, and updating stakeholders.
- Center Oversight: Run all daily operations, managing staff, resources, and administrative functions to ensure efficient functioning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience: Proven experience in Project Management (specifically setting up new facilities/projects) and Operational Management.
- Tech-Savvy & AI Proficiency: Strong aptitude for quickly learning new platforms (AX platform) and demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools for project planning, process optimization, and data analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional reporting and effective team leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on finding proactive solutions.
- Location: Must be a resident of Ernakulam or surrounding areas, with deep local knowledge.
