Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex analytics and data programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected outcomes. - Own project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and delivery milestones. - Drive end-to-end execution of analytics initiatives including data engineering, reporting, visualization, and insights delivery. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, engineering teams, product teams, and leadership to ensure successful delivery. - Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across data, analytics, technology, and business functions. - Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and risk management processes. - Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers; develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success. - Drive Agile and/or Waterfall delivery practices depending on project requirements. - Facilitate stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and decision-making forums. - Continuously improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, and analytics maturity.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10–14 years of overall professional experience in technology,



data, or analytics delivery. - 5+ years of experience leading analytics, data, or BI programs/projects. - Proven experience managing analytics delivery involving data engineering, reporting, dashboards, or visualization platforms. - Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior business and technology leaders. - Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. - Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex delivery environments. - Robust understanding of data lifecycle, analytics workflows, and delivery governance practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale data transformation or analytics programs. - Experience working with BI/reporting platforms and modern data ecosystems. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A delivery leader with strong analytics/data program management experience. - Someone who can bridge business objectives and technical execution. - A proven leader who can drive teams, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Profiles We Are Not looking at This Point

- Project Managers without analytics or data delivery experience. - Candidates with only infrastructure, application support, or operations project management backgrounds. - PM profiles lacking experience in data engineering, visualization, BI, or analytics program delivery.
