Project Management Consultancy (PMC) /n Location: Pune, India /n Sector: Renewable Energy /n Travel: Extensive /n /n Role /n We are seeking an experienced PMC professional to lead multiple renewable energy projects across India, including Solar, Wind, BESS and PSP , ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, quality and contractual requirements . /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead end-to-end Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities from planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to project closure.

/n

- Manage clients, developers, EPC contractors, vendors and statutory authorities .

/n

- Drive project progress, quality, HSE, risk management and contractual compliance .

/n

- Lead and develop onsite/offsite PMC teams across multiple project locations.

/n

- Monitor schedules, engineering deliverables, MIS, invoicing, payment realization and project profitability .

/n

- Manage vendors,



site administration and project operations .

/n

- Support operational sales and new business development .

/n /n /n Candidate Profile /n /n

- Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering .

/n

- Around 15 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector .

/n

- Solid experience in Solar and/or Wind projects , preferably in PMC/EPC environments .

/n

- Proven experience managing multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams .

/n

- Strong leadership, client management, commercial and project execution skills.

/n

- Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in India .
