About the assignmentEarth En Quest Advisory is currently conducting a market survey of industrial establishments in and around Raipur to understand their requirements for environmental compliance, environmental monitoring, laboratory testing and environmental consultancy services.

We are looking for a confident and professional individual to assist with B2B telephone-based market research.

Key responsibilities

- Make telephone calls to selected industries in the Raipur industrial region.
- Identify the person responsible for Environment / EHS / Environmental Compliance at each organisation.
- Introduce the purpose of the survey professionally.
- Conduct a short, structured questionnaire.
- Collect information regarding:
- Environmental compliance requirements
- Environmental testing and monitoring
- Laboratory services currently being used
- Outsourced environmental consultancy services
- Frequency of testing/monitoring
- Common difficulties with existing consultants/laboratories
- Requirements for local environmental testing and consultancy services
- Record responses accurately in an Excel/Google Sheet.
- Identify organisations that may potentially require environmental consultancy, monitoring or laboratory services.




- Provide a brief summary of the findings at the end of the assignment.

Candidate requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable speaking with plant managers, EHS personnel, environmental officers and company representatives.
- Polite, confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow a structured questionnaire accurately.
- Previous experience in telecalling, market research, B2B calling, customer research or business development will be an advantage.

PreferredCandidates with a background in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemistry or related fields are particularly welcome, although this is not mandatory. ImportantThis is not a sales-calling assignment. The primary purpose is to conduct a professional industry market survey and collect genuine information. No aggressive sales pitching is required.

The assignment is expected to require approximately 2–4 working days, depending on the number of calls completed.
