We’ve empowered hundreds of professionals from top companies to break into leadership roles and launch impactful products. As we scale our offerings, we’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager Intern to join our team.

About the RoleAs a Program Manager Intern, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our learning cohorts — from onboarding learners to running smooth operations throughout the program lifecycle. You will also lead the execution of current learning initiatives and internal process improvements.

Key ResponsibilitiesCohort Operations Management

- Own end-to-end planning and execution of each program cohort
- Track learner progress, engagement, and performance metrics
- Coordinate weekly schedules, deadlines, and milestone deliveries

Mentor & Speaker Coordination

- Liaise with mentors to align on session schedules and formats
- Ensure timely communication, reminders, and feedback loops
- Support mentor onboarding and experience optimization

Learner Communication & Experience





- Be the go-to point of contact for cohort participants
- Handle queries, resolve blockers, and maintain learner satisfaction
- Drive community engagement through live sessions, Slack, and peer forums

Program Quality & Feedback Loops

- Collect feedback post-sessions and post-cohort to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with content and ops teams to iterate on structure and delivery
- Maintain high learner NPS and mentor satisfaction scores

New Initiatives & Special Projects

- Assist in launching new learning formats, partnerships, and internal pilots
- Create playbooks, workflows, and SOPs to scale operations efficiently
- Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives and innovation ideas

What We’re Looking For

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you love running tight ships
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A bias for action, ownership, and outcomes — you get things done
- Comfort with tools like Notion, Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and Airtable
- Prior exposure to cohort-based or community-led programs is a big plus
