Company /n /n Designation: Production Manager /n /n Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat /n /n Role Overview /n We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead shop-floor operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure adherence to established QA/QC systems and manufacturing standards. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Manage and oversee day-to-day shop-floor production operations.

/n

- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

/n

- Lead production teams and optimize manpower, machines, and processes.

/n

- Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments.

/n

- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

/n





- Ensure compliance with defined quality and safety standards.

/n /n /n Key Requirements: /n /n

- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.

/n

- Around 15 years of overall experience in Precision Engineering / Automobile Manufacturing.

/n

- Experience handling shop-floor operations in a senior position.

/n

- Robust understanding of QA/QC systems and manufacturing processes.

/n

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and production management skills.
