Role Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee furniture manufacturing operations, ensure timely production, quality compliance, and efficient manpower utilization..

- Plan and control daily production schedules
- Manage manpower, machines, and materials
- Ensure quality standards and reduce rework
- Control wastage and production costs
- Coordinate with design, stores, and project teams
- Maintain safety and shop-floor discipline
- Prepare production reports

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production (preferred)
- Experience in furniture or interior manufacturing
- Solid leadership and planning skills
- Knowledge of CNC and furniture production processes
