We are seeking disciplined and detail-oriented DIPLOMA Holder in the stream of Electrical/Instrument/Radio Communication/Electronics stream.

ITI Fitter technicians to join our workshop facility at Goregaon East, Mumbai.

The Production/Maintenance Technician is a full time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves performing routine and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery used in aerospace and aviation MRO operations, following established procedures and safety standards.



The technician will conduct inspections, identify faults, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.

Day-to-day responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance schedules, documenting maintenance activities, coordinating with production and engineering teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. The role also requires adherence to regulatory and company quality requirements and active participation in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance to support production and MRO operations.

· Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

· Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to implement maintenance schedules and reduce unexpected breakdowns.

· Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.

· Experience working in aerospace, aviation, defence, or industrial manufacturing environments is beneficial.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings,



maintenance manuals, and standard operating procedures.

· Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Willingness to work in shifts as required by operational needs.

Strictly adhere to DGCA, safety, and aerospace quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: DIPLOMA Holder in the stream of Electrical/Instrument/Radio Communication/Electronics stream,

ITI Passed in Fitter Trade (NCVT or SCVT certification is mandatory).

Preferred Specialization: Direct course modules, elective training, or prior apprenticeship experience in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Radio schemes.

Experience: 0 to 3 years (Aviation, Drone/UAV, MRO, or electronic manufacturing experience is a major advantage).

Skills: Expert command over hand tools, micro-meters, calipers, multi-meters, and precision soldering equipment. Must possess basic English reading proficiency for maintenance logs.

** Individual having experience in PCB, Electronics Components, Electrical Harness repairing also may apply.
