Job Title: Production Manager – Chemical Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the setup, commissioning, and day-to-day operations of a chemical blending and manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, quality-focused, and compliant production operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chemical blending, specialty chemicals, surfactants, detergents, lubricants, process chemicals, or similar manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily chemical production, blending, packaging, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure production follows approved formulations, SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
- Plan production schedules and optimize manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor productivity, yield, wastage, downtime, and product quality.
- Coordinate with Quality,



Maintenance, Warehouse, and other internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and manufacturing requirements.
- Lead and train production teams and drive continuous process improvement.

Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or formulation-based production.
- At least 3 years of experience in a production supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in chemical blending, specialty chemicals, detergents, surfactants, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, chemical safety, and manufacturing compliance.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
