Backed by angel investors and experienced enterprise technology leaders, Lifie AI has crossed $120K in ARR and is continuing to grow. We are running pilots with NASDAQ-listed enterprises and building vendor and technology partnerships with multiple enterprise platforms.

We work with businesses across India, North America, and other global markets. We are now expanding our engineering team and looking for a fresher Product Engineer Intern who wants to build real product, ship fast, and learn directly from the founders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Product Engineer Intern to build and ship features across Reach — our outbound voice-AI platform — a real, live product surface used by paying customers, not a toy project.

This is a hybrid internship based in HSR, Bengaluru — freshers and final-year students welcome, no professional experience required.

You'll work full-stack: React/TypeScript frontend on Vite, Supabase/Postgres data models, and serverless/edge backend logic on Deno edge functions, alongside integrations with voice, telephony, AI, and billing providers.

You will work directly with the founders and engineering team, with real ownership of features from day one — not shadowing, not busywork.

WHAT YOU'LL DO





- Build and ship features across the React/TypeScript frontend (Vite) on Reach
- Work with Supabase/Postgres — schema design, queries, and secure data access patterns
- Build and debug backend logic in serverless/edge functions (Deno edge functions)
- Integrate third-party APIs across voice/telephony (Twilio, Vapi), billing (Stripe), and AI (Anthropic)
- Work across real voice-AI product domains — outbound call pipelines and classification; campaigns and outreach workflows
- Write clean, typed code that follows existing patterns, and ship it through code review
- Debug production issues directly alongside founders and engineers
- Develop a strong understanding of how Reach is architected end-to-end

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Freshers and final-year students (CS or related background) welcome — no professional experience required
- Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and basic SQL/databases
- Comfortable reading and navigating an existing codebase, not just building from scratch
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn how a real product is built and shipped
- Strong ownership instinct — willing to dig in, ship, and iterate quickly
- Personal projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or prior internships are a plus, but not mandatory




- Interest in AI, voice, or SaaS products is a plus
- Able to work hybrid out of our HSR, Bengaluru office

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
- Stipend: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month during the internship, based on interview performance and fit
- Performance-based increase: exceptional performers can move up to ₹8 LPA CTC on conversion to a full-time role — this is not automatic, it's earned through consistent, high-quality shipped work during the internship
- Stock options (ESOP): on full-time conversion, you become eligible for an ESOP grant from Lifie AI's employee option pool — standard 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff, subject to board approval
- Path: Internship → performance review → full-time Product Engineer offer with revised CTC + ESOP
