Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Understand business and operations workflows by working with the founding team
- Convert business requirements into straightforward product designs
- Design screens and navigation flows that are easy to understand — using icons, visuals, and local language over heavy text
- Map out Didi workflows (production entry, order/payment status, etc.) and simplify them to the fewest steps
- Create wireframes/mockups for the dev team
- Test designs directly with Didi in the field and improve based on real feedback
- Work with the Zoho Creator dev team to align screen design with the backend data
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams/departments to gather and align on requirements
