We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Product Designer to help shape Nestasia's product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a passion for discovering trends, and the ability to conceptualise products that are aesthetically appealing and commercially relevant.

Duties and responsibilities

- Benchmark leading global and Indian lifestyle brands to identify emerging design and product trends. - Translate market insights and customer feedback into new product ideas and collection concepts. - Review product samples and provide design inputs to enhance aesthetics, functionality and overall customer appeal. - Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure the final product aligns with the original design intent. - Contribute to seasonal launches by developing cohesive product stories and design themes. - Build and maintain a library of design inspirations, materials, finishes and trend forecasts.



- Explore opportunities for product innovation while balancing creativity, functionality and commercial viability. - Present design concepts, mood boards and new collection ideas to internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in Product Design, Product Development or Lifestyle Design. - Experience with home décor, lifestyle, fashion, gifting or consumer brands is preferred. - Strong understanding of design trends, colour, materials and product aesthetics. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or relevant design software. - Excellent visualisation, creative thinking and communication skills. - A robust portfolio showcasing original product concepts and collections is essential.
