We believe powerful software doesn't have to be complicated as AI reshapes how software is built and experienced, we're looking for a Product Designer 2 who can independently own design delivery for product features while developing a sharper eye for AI-powered experiences,

As a Product Designer 2, you will own end-to-end design for assigned features and product surfaces from research and problem framing through to high-fidelity execution and post-

launch iteration. You will operate with increasing independence, build strong cross-

functional partnerships, and begin to question requirements rather than simply execute them.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end product design.
- Proven track record of shipping successful product features with measurable outcomes.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centred design process, not just polished final screens.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights directly into design decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, you use auto-layout, variants, components, and responsive design.
- Strong understanding of design systems and how to contribute to them meaningfully.
- Explicit communication and presentation skills: you can explain your rationale to

PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Understanding of technical constraints and how to design within and around them proactively.
- Experience designing for B2B, enterprise, or platform applications is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end design for assigned features and product surfaces with minimal oversight.
- Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of findings.
- Create user flows, wireframes,



and high-fidelity designs that are clear, considered,

and well-documented.
- Present design concepts and rationale confidently to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout discovery and delivery.
- Contribute meaningfully to the design system in terms of components, patterns,

and documentation.
- Analyse metrics and user feedback post-launch and iterate on designs based on evidence.
- Question requirements and propose scoping alternatives when needed, with support from senior designers.
- Build deep domain expertise in at least one core area while developing working knowledge of adjacent domains.
- Begin pairing with and supporting more junior designers on the team.

AI Design Competency

- Applies AI tools independently across the design process throughout research,

ideation, prototyping, and documentation.
- Designs features powered by AI while keeping the human in the loop and accounting for uncertainty and confidence.
- Translates complex system behaviour like predictions, recommendations,

classifications into intuitive, digestible interfaces.
- Begins to question AI-generated outputs and design for states where the system is wrong, ambiguous, or low-confidence.
- Familiar with conversational and multi-turn interaction design within structured enterprise workflows.
- Identifies opportunity areas within assigned product surfaces where AI can reduce friction or surface the right information at the right time.
- Tracks AI design trends and tools and brings relevant patterns back to the team with a point of view.

- Own the design of AI-powered consumer features like recommendations,

assistants, guided flows for assigned surfaces.
- Make AI feel simple, helpful, and non-intrusive through deliberate interaction and content decisions.
- Reduce friction in high-stakes consumer journeys including vehicle purchase,

service booking, and payments.
- Balance delight with clarity and predictability across AI-powered touchpoints.
