The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy Pre-Sales Trainee to join our growing business development team. In this role, you will work directly with our leadership team to support our global pre-sales, technical proposal writing, and market expansion initiatives.

This is a rare, hands-on opportunity to be trained in the highly lucrative and specialized enterprise software niche of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Key Responsibilities

- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in building highly professional technical pre-sales templates, slide decks, and workflow diagrams for client presentations.
- Business Analysis: Learn to map laboratory workflows and document technical user requirements for LIMS implementations.
- Lead Sourcing: Research and identify key decision-makers (Lab Directors, QA Managers, IT Directors) in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors across India and the GCC.




- Product Learning: Participate in intensive training on our core LIMS platforms (TRAZiT, MediLIMS) to eventually assist in running live software demonstrations.
- CRM Discipline: Keep our sales pipeline and prospect databases highly organized and updated within Zoho CRM.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Flawless written and spoken English. You must be highly confident in drafting qualified emails and presenting concepts clearly.
- Tech-Savvy: Fast learner who can quickly grasp complex software systems and industry regulations (like FDA compliance and GMP).
- Infrastructure: A dedicated, quiet remote workspace with high-speed internet and reliable power backup.
- Drive: An ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants a career at the intersection of science, technology, and business.
