Role Description The Planning and Billing Engineer will work on-site in Talegaon under a contract engagement, supporting project teams with accurate planning and billing activities. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project progress against schedules, and coordinating with site engineers for quantity verification. The role involves managing billing systems, preparing client and subcontractor bills, performing rate analysis, and ensuring that all documentation aligns with contractual and statutory requirements.

The engineer will analyze project data,



identify variances between planned and actual quantities, and support cost control and forecasting. Collaboration with project management, procurement, and finance teams is essential to maintain timely and precise billing and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying for construction projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, cost control, and project performance evaluation.
- Candidates should possess experience with Billing Systems, including client billing, subcontractor billing, and documentation management.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Rate Analysis to support cost estimation, tendering, and contract evaluation.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in construction planning and billing, preferably in infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools; familiarity with ERP or construction management software is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD is must.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
