About the Role:

Theody Svadhyay is seeking a highly experienced Placement Consultant to drive strategic placement initiatives, expand corporate partnerships, and strengthen our position as a trusted bridge between academia and industry.This is a performance-driven, commission-based engagement suited for professionals with a strong corporate network and proven expertise in managing high-volume placement operations across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive corporate outreach and partnership development with hiring organizations across diverse industries.
- Strategize and execute end-to-end placement activities, including campus hiring, recruitment drives, internship opportunities, and employer branding initiatives.
- Leverage an active qualified network of 250+ corporate decision-makers, HR leaders, and TA heads to secure placement opportunities.
- Manage and expand relationships with companies, universities, and industry bodies to build and maintain placement pipelines.
- Lead corporate outreach, proposal presentations, and partnership discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, hiring patterns, and industry requirements to generate actionable insights for training and placement alignment.
- Achieve defined placement targets, partnership onboarding goals, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, hiring pipelines, candidate progress, and placement outcomes.
- Represent the organization at corporate events, job fairs, conclaves,



and networking forums to enhance visibility and create partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

- 10–12 years of experience in placement consulting, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or recruitment management.
- Proven track record of managing and working with 250+ corporate partners, including mid-size and large organizations.
- Strong corporate network with direct connections to hiring managers, HR Heads, TA Heads, and industry leaders.
- In-depth understanding of campus hiring, industry skill requirements, and corporate recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet placement targets, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- High professional integrity, industry maturity, and a strong commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with educational institutions, skill academies, or corporate training organizations.
- Ability to negotiate MoUs, placement agreements, and long-term hiring partnerships.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to represent the organization at corporate forums and industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, placement tracking systems, or recruitment management software.
- Proven ability to build large-scale talent pipelines and effectively manage employer expectations.
