? MARKETING EXPECTATIONS

Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.

Generate high-quality leads for digital marketing services.

Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.

Research target markets, industries and potential customer segments.

Identify businesses that can benefit from digital marketing services.

Develop strategies to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

? SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION EXPECTATIONS

Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing services.

Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.





Follow up with prospects and support the conversion process.

Monthly Target: Onboard 4-6 new digital marketing clients.

Maintain professional relationships with newly acquired clients.

Additional sales targets and incentives will be discussed during the interview.

? IDEAL CANDIDATE

Minimum 2 years of practical performance marketing experience

Solid knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads

Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization

Understanding of digital marketing services

Good communication and client-handling skills

Target-oriented and results-driven
