We are seeking an analytical, results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to maximize ROI, drive customer acquisition, and hit key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, execute, and scale end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across major paid media platforms.

Monitor performance daily, optimizing ad creatives, target audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to lower CAC and raise ROAS.

Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, visual assets, target demographics, and landing page flows to improve conversion rates.

Analyze campaign data and generate regular performance reports outlining insights, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling visual and copy assets for paid campaigns.





Track conversion funnels and set up accurate event/pixel tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and attribution tracking tools.

Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive marketing decisions.

Optimization Knowledge: Direct experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.

Communication: Solid written communication skills for ad copywriting and team collaboration.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
