Job Role - Performance Marketer Level AM / Manager /n Experience 6–8 Years /n Location Mumbai (On site) /n Reports to GTM Head /n CTC - 15 lpa /n /n WHAT YOU'LL OWN /n /n

- End-to-end execution of paid B2B lead gen campaigns targeting US enterprise buyers CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders

/n

- ABM campaign strategy and activation: 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many across LinkedIn, intent data platforms, and display

/n

- Coordinate with Sales on lead handoff protocols, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline quality feedback loops

/n

- Campaign performance tracking, attribution reporting, and funnel contribution analysis (CAC, CPL, MQL-to-SQL benchmarks)

/n

- Martech stack ownership — ad platforms, CRM sync, intent data, and analytics tooling

/n

- Integrate GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) thinking into campaign and content strategy to protect inbound visibility

/n /n /n MUST HAVES /n /n

- 6–8 years in B2B performance marketing; agency background strongly preferred

/n

- Proven track record running paid lead gen campaigns for US-market B2B brands

/n





- Hands-on ABM execution experience — not just strategy; actual campaign activation

/n

- Robust command of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta for B2B

/n

- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot / Salesforce) and UTM / attribution hygiene

/n

- Understanding of GEO and its downstream impact on organic and paid lead gen strategy

/n

- Analytical mindset — comfortable owning and presenting performance metrics to leadership

- Experience running programmatic ad campaigns (DSPs, DV360, or equivalent)

- Exposure to intent data platforms — 6sense, Bombora, or similar

- Understanding of the US accounting, finance outsourcing, or professional services sector
