Are you passionate about performance marketing, e-commerce growth, and data-driven advertising?

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Ads Manager with a proven track record in Meta Ads, Google Ads, e-commerce, and lead generation to manage and scale high-impact campaigns for our international clients.

? What You’ll Do✅ Plan, execute, manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

✅ Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns

✅ Drive high-quality leads and maximise ROAS and ROI

✅ Scale e-commerce campaigns with a performance-first approach

✅ Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audiences and targeting

✅ Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation

✅ Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

✅ Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite and other analytics platforms

✅ Develop performance reports and provide actionable insights

✅ Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI and other marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign performance

? Amazon Store Management – Added AdvantageExperience in Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Store Management will be a strong advantage.





Candidates with experience in

✅ Amazon Seller Central management

✅ Amazon PPC / Sponsored Ads

✅ Product listings and catalogue management

✅ Keyword research and optimisation

✅ A+ Content / Storefront optimisation

✅ Amazon sales and performance reporting

✅ Managing and growing Amazon e-commerce stores will be preferred.

? What We’re Looking For✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads

✔️ Strong experience in e-commerce and lead generation campaigns

✔️ Proven ability to manage and scale advertising campaigns

✔️ Experience managing multiple client accounts and advertising budgets

✔️ Robust analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills

✔️ Good understanding of conversion tracking, GA4 and GTM

✔️ Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and AI-powered marketing tools

✔️ Amazon Store Management experience is an added advantage

✔️ Strong communication skills and ability to work with international clients
