We’re thrilled to open an prospect for a People Services Senior Specialist, you will report to our People Services Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our employee and HR professionals experience.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

- Operations

You will be the subject matter expert and independently drive scalable day to day operations in key areas below while ensuring business continuity, continuous improvements, service levels are met, process documentation is up-to-date, successfully de-escalate problems and managing vendors’ performance: Additional Information

- Employee Lifecycle Events You will be responsible for managing end to end processes for background checks, pre-onboarding, probation confirmation,



offboarding and temporary contracts.
- Data Management You will update employees’ profiles timely and accurately.
- Document Management You will generate employment related letters (i.e. employment contract, onboarding forms, probation confirmation letters, job and salary change letters, etc) and archive employees personal and employment related documents.
- Benefits Operations You will manage: ▪ medical and insurance annual renewal, enrolment and de-enrolment, ▪ retirement / pension plan enrolment, contribution and termination, ▪ administer leave system, ▪ handle leave costs accruals and provisioning, ▪ administer reward & recognition programs (i.e. long service award, birthday, employee’s life events gifts, etc), ▪ providing data for social reporting and salary benchmarking surveys.
- Reporting You will support various headcount, vacancies, mobility, social and statutory reporting.
- Projects You will participate in projects to optimize and evolve service delivery through automation, lean concepts, up-skill and increase knowledge across teams.
- Others You will be required to provide additional support to the local market as needed. This role will step in to assist some essential HR services if and when necessary, ensuring smooth operations and responsiveness to local HR needs.
- Maintain employee master data
- Sending out birthday, work anniversary mails and important announcements




- Maintain HR systems and prepare regular analytics reports
- Leave management of employees
- Continually educate employees on company policies and keep the employee handbook updated
- Vendor Management - Maintain vendor contracts and process invoices on the system
- HR Reporting and Analysis
- Training plan tracking
- Payroll management for 3rd Party & HR Compliances for all employees
- Audit documentation
