Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Pega Architect with strong expertise in Pega architecture, solution design, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Pega LSA/SSA capabilities and be able to drive scalable, high-performance Pega solutions while providing technical leadership across complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture and technical design of enterprise Pega applications and solutions.
- Define scalable, secure, and maintainable Pega architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership across Pega development, integration, performance, and deployment activities.
- Review solution designs and ensure adherence to Pega architecture and development best practices.
- Leverage Pega System Architect and Senior System Architect capabilities to guide complex application implementations.
- Apply PDC (Pega Diagnostic Center) capabilities and performance-tuning techniques to identify and resolve application performance issues.
- Analyze application performance and recommend appropriate Pega performance-tuning levers and optimization approaches.
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Pega solutions.
- Provide guidance on integrations, reusable components, data models, workflows, and application design.




- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Stay current with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and emerging GenAI capabilities and assess their applicability to enterprise service solutions.
- Support technical reviews, architecture governance, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues.
- Mentor Pega developers and architects and contribute to technical standards and best practices.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 12 - 18 years of overall experience in software development, with significant experience in Pega.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega LSA and SSA capabilities.
- Mandatory Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) certification.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, application design, development, integration, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Pega performance analysis and tuning; familiarity with Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC).
- Good understanding of enterprise application architecture and scalable solution design.
- Awareness of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and GenAI concepts in customer/service applications.
- Robust problem-solving, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide architectural guidance and mentor technical teams.
