About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, confident and people-oriented intern to join our growing team.

This role has two key areas of responsibility:

- Corporate Outreach — Core Responsibility
- Recruitment Support — Additional Responsibility The core focus will be on connecting with corporate organisations/ institutions, building relationships with HR/Admin teams and decision-makers, and creating opportunities for employee financial awareness and financial wellness sessions.

What You’ll Do

Corporate Outreach – Core Responsibility

- Identify and connect with HR, Admin teams and corporate decision-makers.
- Introduce our employee financial awareness & wellness sessions to organisations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate contacts.
- Conduct follow-ups and coordinate opportunities for financial awareness sessions and webinars.
- Support planning and coordination of corporate sessions.

HR & Recruitment Support

- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Communicate with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.




- Support other recruitment activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

- Pursuing/recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Management or a related field.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident interacting with HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.
- Proactive, outgoing and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Freshers are welcome!
- Interest in personal finance is an advantage.
