At MindHope, we’re looking for an experienced mental health professional who can provide empathetic, ethical, and evidence-informed counselling to clients across different backgrounds.

Requirements

- Psychologist / Counsellor
- 5+ years of counselling experience
- Strong experience in couples & relationship counselling
- Excellent communication in Kannada, English & Hindi
- RCI Registration or MPhil in Clinical Psychology preferred
- Comfortable offering late consultation slots
- Strong ability to work with clients remotely

Strong experience handling
- Couples & relationship challenges
- Communication and conflict-related concerns
- Personal and intimacy-related concerns
- Anxiety & stress-related concerns
- Self-esteem and emotional well-being
- Mild to moderate clinical cases

Compensation
- Commission-based model
- 40%–70% revenue share, depending on qualifications, experience, expertise, and interview performance
