Outsourcing ManagerExperience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end client onboarding, from requirement gathering to payroll go-live.
- Manage payroll transition, employee data migration, payroll configuration and parallel runs.
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients.
- Manage attendance, LOP, salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, F&F; and payroll closure.
- Ensure timely PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Conduct payroll validation, reconciliation, audits and quality checks.
- Act as the key point of contact for client communication, escalations and issue resolution.




- Manage and mentor the payroll outsourcing team and ensure SLA/TAT adherence.
- Prepare payroll MIS and drive process improvement, automation and client satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth transition from onboarding → implementation → monthly payroll → compliance → closure → ongoing client management.
