Position: Outreach Executive

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology invites applications from agile, motivated, and suitable candidates for the position of Outreach Executive.

Position Details

Position: Outreach Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement outreach activities to promote the Institute and its academic programmes. - Coordinate with schools, colleges, educational counsellors, and other stakeholders for student outreach. - Conduct and coordinate school/college visits, seminars, career counselling sessions, webinars, and promotional events. - Generate and maintain prospective student leads and ensure regular follow-up. - Assist in admission campaigns, education fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities. - Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, leads, and conversions.



- Travel to different locations for outreach activities as required.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. - Candidates with experience in admissions, student outreach, business development, counselling, education marketing, or institutional outreach will be preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills. - Ability to travel and work independently as well as in a team. - Candidates with experience in an educational institution/university will be preferred.
