About the RoleWanderlynk is looking for an Operations Specialist who can ensure that every trip we plan is executed smoothly from booking to completion.

As part of the operations team, you will work closely with clients, hotels, transport partners, activity providers and internal teams to coordinate the details that turn a travel itinerary into a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end travel operations for domestic and international bookings.
- Manage hotel bookings, transfers, activities, sightseeing and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other vendors.
- Prepare and verify itineraries, vouchers, confirmations and travel documents.
- Ensure all bookings and services are confirmed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover from booking to operations.
- Handle changes, cancellations and last-minute requirements efficiently.
- Track trip status and ensure travellers receive the services promised in their itinerary.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain solid vendor relationships.




- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, confirmations and operational updates.
- Ensure a smooth experience for clients before and during their journey.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations, hotels and travel operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in travel operations, tourism or a similar role will be preferred.
