Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening – is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining AI-enabled imaging with clinical expertise to advance preventive care. The organization focuses on regular health screening programs that help detect cancers and lifestyle diseases at an early, more treatable stage. With centers located in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, and Chennai, NURA provides accessible, technology-driven screening services to diverse communities.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode (Calicut). The Nurse will support daily screening operations by preparing clients for AI-enabled imaging and diagnostic procedures, taking vital signs, reviewing basic medical history, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role includes assisting physicians and technicians during examinations, monitoring clients for comfort and safety, and providing clear explanations of procedures and follow-up steps.

The Nurse will promote infection control practices, maintain clinical areas and equipment, and contribute to quality assurance and adherence to NURA protocols. In addition, the Nurse will offer health education,



communicate screening results and next steps under clinical guidance, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, person-centered preventive care.

Qualifications

- Valid nursing qualification and registration (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution).
- Clinical skills in vital signs assessment, basic physical examination, and patient monitoring in outpatient or diagnostic settings.
- Knowledge of preventive health, screening protocols, and early detection of lifestyle diseases and cancers is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain procedures, provide health education, and support diverse client populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, technicians, and administrative staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in infection control, safety, documentation accuracy, and data privacy.
- Comfort using digital health records and technology-enabled diagnostic tools; willingness to learn AI-supported workflows.
- Prior experience in diagnostic centers, hospitals, or primary care clinics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, strong qualified ethics, and a client-centered approach to care.
