Role Description

This is a full-time role for a HRBP role at AGL - Hakuhodo. As a HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR business partnership and guidance to your assigned business groups in the marketing agency. Your day-to-day tasks will include building robust relationships with business leaders, implementing HR policies and programs, driving performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

This is an on-site role located in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a HRBP in a marketing agency or similar industry

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

Should have experience in Non-It Recruitment, preferably in marketing hiring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and influence decision-making

Experience in driving talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficiency in HR software and systems
