Hiring: NICE CXone Senior Developer

Required Skill: NICE CXone Sr. Developer

- Design, develop, implement, and customize NICE CXone applications
- Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems such as CRM, WFM, and reporting tools
- Support migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone
- Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents
- Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems
- Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration
- Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support
- Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories
- Build conversation AI flows (chatbot, voicebot) using Cognigy AI or Omilia AI
