Position type: fully remote

Contractual framework: local employment contract set up through an Employer of Record (EOR)
Weekly working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–12:30 PM and 2:00 PM–5:30 PM (Paris time, CET/CEST) —
i.e. 35 hours per week
Working languages: French and English
– Contact customers and follow up with agents and customers on their orders
– Plan and organise deliveries
– Manage complete multimodal transport files — from booking to invoicing to sending the documents required for the shipment of goods, across all modes (sea, air, road):
- Coordination with carriers and agents (sea, air, road)
- Liaison with the warehouse for the receipt of goods
- Preparation of multimodal transport documents (Air Waybill, Bill of Lading, CMR consignment note, etc.)
- Verification and transmission of customs documents
- Verification of the conformity of transport documents with ADR / IMDG / IATA regulations
- Follow-up of transit operations and management of transfers between modes
- Processing of transport-related claims
- Handling shipping cost billing differences on shipments
- Invoicing of files taking into account quotations provided by the commercial department
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE
You hold a degree in Transport / Logistics or International Business and/or have at least 2 years' experience in the field of international transport, ideally on multimodal operations.
– Proficient in messaging techniques and tools
– Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken
– Knowledge of Incoterms® 2020 and customs procedures is an advantage
