- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively present insights, collaborate with cross functional teams, and translate technical findings into business-friendly language.
- Apply analytical and problemsolving abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Utilize MS Access and VBA to design, maintain, and optimize databases, as well as develop automation scripts to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Develop and maintain data management solutions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in data handling processes.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data organization, reporting, and analysis, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and basic dashboards.
- Support data reporting and visualization needs for business stakeholders.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Assist in maintaining database integrity and improving data retrieval performance.
- Leverage Python (preferred) for data analysis, automation tasks, and process improvements where applicable.
- Continuously explore modern tools and technologies to enhance data processing efficiency.
